Drug Rehabilitation that works

Question by : Is it normal to feel extremely bitter toward an ex drug addict parent?
I lived with my father from the time I was ten years old to thirteen years old. He was a selfish drug addict who put me, my stepmother and stepsister through hell. He always used to have druggies coming in and out of the house all hours of the night, and was a complete asshole to all of us. Now he’s gotten clean now acts like he was never made us suffer when he was using. Is it normal for me to be extremely bitter toward him, cause everyone seems to think I should get over it.

I think you have a right to your feelings. I have an alcoholic Father that has put me through hell and disowned me. I even had to put him in rehab. Anyways, if he all of a sudden changed. And decided to be this holier than though person. I would have the same feelings as you.

Abby is a C6 complete who had been non-ambulatory for over 10 years. She is able to WALK AGAIN using the GHS, with carbon fiber kafos. She only requires the assistance of one person for guidance of her GHS. Without the GHS, walking again would require at least two persons assisting her.
