COP15 Update–Day 2 COP15 CAN press conference, Ailun Yang, Greenpeace, Tomas Wyns, CAN Europe, Steven Guilbeault, Equiterre, give their thoughts on the proceedings at the Copenhagen Climate Talks. The French Minister says France will support EU on a 30% target to step up the commitment they have towards the Copenhagen climate talks. Also, an update is shared on the Kyoto Protocol, a movement 12 years ago to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in many countries, reporting that most participating countries are on track. It just occurred to me one day that a lot of people I know or have gotten acquainted with have struggled with alcohol dependency at some time in their lives, or have known someone who had undergone the same thing. I know that there are people who turn to alcohol as a way of making themselves happier, having it eventually lead to an addiction. I was just wondering about the ways to treat alcohol dependency. It would be nice to know that there are solutions to this widespread problem.

Through our Paths to Recovery program, the Foundation is helping to improve patient access to, and retention in addiction treatment programs, while making process improvement part of the culture of managing and delivering treatment.
