Best answer:

Answer by yung chelz
He shouldn’t hate you for it, if you’re honest and have been there for him. Just make a really good relationship with him, and when you tell him make sure he knows it’s bad..

Is there any person out there ,who had get rid of these self killing substances called OPIATES.if ur(the person reading this)is a successful person(in quiting opiates)who had got his freedom back with courage from opiate addiction,(without relapse for at least 6 months),ur much needed person for me.can u tell me how u handeled the TRAUMA and emotional PAIN as well as physical PAIN while quiting. If ur the person(u may understand my pain because u also had gone thru this dark period of life for several months or years).what kind of method u use,how ur able to change ur focus from quiting to getting ur freedom with ur will power.before going further ,I want to tell u that,,,I had 2 relapses,1st after 5 months and 2nd after 6 months.
Ok,medicine works, but eventually,it comes down to emotional cravings(of cource ,after stopping treatment, thinking that, now I don’t need any medicine,I can handle my emotions myself without any medicine).well I had tried COLD TURKEY,but not much success.Well now I think that TAPPERING method is very good, but I need some one who can tell me how to use this method correctely.to tell u,I take 36 capsules in a day, with 3 shifts of 12 capsukes each, Namely SPASMO PROXYVON(my source of opiates).I want to know that how much quantity of capsules should I reduce each week(or 15 days or months as u suggest, with ur experience),so that I don’t feel much cravings, what kind of activity I should I do to keep my focus away from opiates.Meditation works, plz tell me the correct way and timing of doing meditation. Is there any specific diet which may reduce my temptation……or if u had invented any certain new method which works for u personally?……………well congratulations to u my frnd, for getting ur freedom back…….so plzz help me to get my freedom back…….. .
Well the thing is that the persons who had never been abused drugs, may give u advice that” quiting drugs should be a chilkd’s play for me,if im in ur position”.But a person, who had actually been gone thru this hell(of drugs),may know the suffering and pain of another addict……….thanx for reading and hopefully answering…………….god xless u my frnd………

My sister and I were adopted out to 2 different families. We were taken from our mother at ages 4(me) and 2(sis). I remember alot of horrible things from my childhood. I remember actually trying to convince my little sister that uncooked lasagne noodles were cookies just to get her to eat because she was severely malnourished. I have always been very protective of her and malternal towards her. I had to be. My sister and I have gone our seperate ways. I am 26 in a stable relationship, job and a 7 year old son. My sister is 25 just got work, but not steady, former meth addict, trying to have a relationship with a guy in prison, and has 3 kids. Recently child services removed her kids from her due to their poor environment and my lil sister alleged drug abuse. She started out fighting for them. Got a job, and was in the process of getting her own place and car. She was getting counseling and moving in the right direction.
Yesterday I recieved a message on myspace from her letting me know that she decided to give her kids up for adoption. She was too young and it is too much for her to handle and NOW she wants to do the right thing. She said that she is lucky because she can still have kids when the time is right. I cant get this out of my mind. I have been extremely depressed and upset. I dont understand how having been what we had been through she can repeat the same mistakes. I cant believe that she says that she would consider having more children after this. I am devastated. There is a long list of biological people I will never meet, and she just added 3 more to it. I want whats best for the kids, but I feel so torn and hurt right now. How the hell could she do this when she knows how it felt and how it still affects the both of us today. I seriously feel like I am going to go crazy and start throwing things becausze I am so hurt. Am I wrong to feel this way?

(Women Only) What’s the best way to really deal with this?

Dated a woman for 14 mos.-Were friends for yrs-Older brother s3xually abused her during childhood. She’s 45 & lives at home (where the abuse took place) with her mom-in same room she had when she was 9. She’s attractive, had abusive relationships, but no friends. She has plenty of $ & could easily move out. As we dated, she would get weird—accusing me of saying things that are s3xually inappropriate. I never tried to do this, & we NEVER HAD S3X. I actually liked her. I was sensitive about the abuse, but she called me names, hit me & been emotionally abusive. After 14 mos., I decided to bring this up. When I tried, she lost it & accused me of s3xually inappropriate behavior 0VER 1 YR AGO. She also said I was s3xually inappropriate around her niece-24 & with a meth addict. Only been around niece 2X. Anyway, she stopped talking in Jan.-crossed paths with her 2X. She was uncomfortable-acting like she would like to talk. I sent her a letter expressing no animosity-wishing her well.
By now, she has received my letter, but has not responded. I feel kind of like a fool or jacka$$ for putting my heart out there like this. I was sincere and honorable. My pain is that I must cross paths with her, and she seems to be walking around as though she’s fine, and I’m screwed up somehow. This is a major mind game for me. I feel terrible, but she seems fine. It just seems a bit cruel and unfair. She’s acting like she was a victim, yet she exhibited abusive behavior towards me—and doesn’t even realize it. I started reading Allies in Healing by Laura Davis, and I realize I may have completely underestimated the effects of the abuse on her behavior towards me..What’s the best way to really deal with this?
