Drug Rehabilitation that works

I have to go to a job interview in the morning and it requires a drug test somewhere along the line but I go to a methadone clinic and so I am wondering how long it takes to show up as clean.I know I sure don’t want to ten day detox,that’s for sure.

My sister is trying to get custody of a little girl. Let me try and sum up the sittuation the best that I can.
This 2 1/2 year old girl is in CPS custody in South Dakota for abuse and neglect. The little girl and her 3 year old sister were found wandering the street. One of the parents asleep in the house. The other at work. As far as the abuse, no details have been let out yet.
My sister and brother in law have raised this child since she was a month old. Both parents are meth addicts. The father spent time in prison for assualt on the mother. 3 months ago the parents took the little girl that my sister has raised, she then left the state. We live in Arizona, they moved to South Dakota.
We just found out that they are in CPS custody. So my sister hired a lawyer to try and get her back.. The lawyer said his fees will be anywhere between 3000 and 10,000 dollars. I will add the child is Native American. Is there a lot of hope? For those who know, let me know the chances????

I know you can get other things out of your system quicker by drinking lots of water, colon cleanse, etc.. Do those things apply to methadone too?

My brother took crystal meth a day ago and he go into trouble with the cops and now he’s back at home but he cant stay still how can we get this out of his system.

Will drinking a lot of water & cranberry juice 2days prior to my urine help me pass?

I am wondering that if someone smokes marijuana how long would it take for it to be out of their system? Is it approximately 1 month, less, more?
