Okay, so recently ive been really down in the dumps. Nothing seems to be going right in my life lately. I lost my 50k a year job. My car is broken down. And to top it all off i got a very nice apartment right before i lost my job. Now im struggling to make ends meet on unemployment. I also just started a cigarette free life. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and and an anxiety/ panic disorder several years ago. I feel like my life is crumbling.
I have a history of really bad drug addictions so i dont want to take stress meds out of fear of addiction, I know i will become addicted so please dont suggest pills. I just want to know alternative ways to chill the hell out. I thought about deep meditation. I would like to know how this works and how to achieve a state of complete relaxation. Any other ideas will be appreciated. Self hypnosis, sacred Geomotry…..anything! just explain yourself in detail. i really need something here before i fall apart.. Thank you so much
yeah jr i was being serious on this question mate. thanks for a useless and insulting answer; youve been reported.
Some says that we human are born with stress,so its nature.Rich family are the main reason for drug addiction because they have too many money to spend with.Poor family will never touch drug as they care for their stomach more.Too much parental care is also a factor as they set rules and restrict their child’s freedom and also affect ones social skills(declined peer’s offers).
Someone please give some opinion on this phase.thx.
How-to : LST (Low Stress Training) alturl.com Well here we go, LST (Low Stress Training) the ultimate way to maximize your yield. Please note, you dont have to do it this way, its just the idea of how to do LST, this is the way i did it. Some may opt to use the eggcrate method where you utilize an eggcrate around the pot and tie it down to that with zipties instead of using string or hooks running from the pot itself… this way you can cover more square footage and maximize your yield even more. STEP 1 : Grow your plant from Seed or Clone to 3 or 4 leaf sets, some use 5 but i always use 3 because after 3rd leaf set the main stem starts to harden and it will be harder to bend over your plant properly without breaking the main stem. STEP 2 : Using a metal hook (i cut small sections of cloths hanger and bend a U shape at the end as a hook) bend over your plant with metal hook at the last internode (space between the last set of fanleafs and the next to last) and stick the metal hook into your dirt to hold down the stem. STEP 3 : This is really not a step, just waiting time… Take note of how the top of the plant that was bent down will bend back upwards towards the light, this could take anywhere from 3 hours to 1 day. Under my 1000 Watt Metal Halide light it does it in under 3 hours. STEP 4 : Veg and dont tie down until you have a new leaf set. You will notice Side branching has started already because good light is getting to the main stem areas next to each fanleaf stem …
