everything.She lost her job and he got demoted trying to help her with the kids, she would bring them to his job and make him watch them.They have been late on the rent, he was buying a car and he lost that. The kids are already having troubles. I am trying to get him to understand how dangerous her situation is, he is not trying to listen but is there at least something I can do to help the kids to not get involved in the same world as there Mom’s, her parent and siblings are also into drugs so I can not contact Grandparents.
Are there any online support groups for adults who were abused as kids? When I was 7, I was molested by my 14-year-old brother. Over the next 24 years, he was a meth addict and was diagonised bipolar schizoprenic, and terrorized me and my family. Now that he’s “clean” and lives with my parents, my parents bring him to my house every time they come over. He makes me very uncomfortable and it disgusts me to see him near my children. It really pisses me off that my parents think it’s ok to do this. It’s like they’ve forgotten what he did to me. Therapy has validated the fact that I have the right to be angry, but that’s it. I think it would help to coorespond with someone who has actually been through this. Thanks.

All the people i have heard all say the same things, such as… EMO kids all have middle to upper class families who complain about their families who love them unconditionally. maybe if you took a minute you would see its not like that, me my mom crack\meth addict, also going to prison for abuse charges against me, dad where is he? I have cut myself before and i feel so much better when i do, i dress the way i do because its how i feel, my clothes express me… My music i like heavy metal i like to hear fast paced drums and grinding guitar, i love to hear powerful vocals ( screaming) i don’t see what i have done for all the people who give me negative comments and feelings concidering i have done nothing wrong to anybody yet i am made to take insults fom people who know nothing about me…why?
The first hybrid car was introduced in 1905. It had two distinct power sources working together to make it run; gas and electric power. However, using only gasoline back then was cheap and easy to power, and the hybrid car was forgotten; until recently. Since the fuel widely used now is a non-renewable resource and becoming increasingly less affordable, the hybrid car is making a comeback. Hybrid cars are operated by a computer system called the Digital Drive Line. When you step on the gas pedal, you are telling the system how fast you need to go and the car decides whether to use gas, electric power or both. The benefit of the hybrid is that instead of running on gas for an entire trip, it uses non-polluting electric power when possible. The hybrid car is ideal for city driving and traffic. By using less gas, hybrid cars help cut pollution and helps save drivers money at the gas pump.
Has Philippine Independence Day totally lost its significance? Not so…unknown to many…there is a small advocacy group trying to enhance patriotic awareness by propagating reverence to the Filipino flag. The flag waving project hopes to start a new Filipino culture. ” A Flag Culture” More than 2000 School-Children in Manila proudly waved the Filipino flag for almost 3 minutes while singing “Bayan Ko”/”My Country”, a stirring patriotic song . 2300 flaglets, 40 nylon flags were distributed by Flag Society Philippines to instill awareness to our future Filipino generations…the children. Part of the activity is to inculcate the significance and importance of celebrating Independence Day. After the flag-waving event…the kids were requested to display the flaglets in front of their home. FSP will try to hold a larger crowd next year ( for possible June 12, 2008 event). Volunteer photographers and cameramen from the citizenry will be invited to take part in capturing the patriotic atmosphere. We have faith that a moving image caption of the school-children can raise the spirit of our oneness as Filipinos and stir the patriotic consciousness of our society.
