Can anyone suggest help for alcoholism for someone with no income and hence no health insurance?

I will not consider a 12-step program.
No AA–have been to hundreds of meetings but have actually found it detrimental. Have gotten sponsors, done all the work, etc. Just find the meetings so depressing and I already suffer from depression and don’t have the money to get help for it.
