Question by Red Ant: We are going to confront (kindly) our drug-addicted sister tonight. Do you know any right words?
The 51 year old “little” sister has been a drug addict since high school. Her husband of 27 years gave up and they are getting divorced (not that he was any angel). The little sister recently had back surgery (doc did a great job), and she is not doing exercises or anything to help herself. She has used the situation (although extreme) to get drugs first, attention second, and was hoping someone would take care of her afterward for the rest of her life. That is not happening.
She has sent us to the pharmacy to refill muscle relaxers, Hydrocodone, and God knows what else — only to be told it’s too soon for a refill. In other words, she’s as much a drug user now as ever before. She pulled attempted suicide a year and 1/2 ago. We weren’t amused, but we can’t live her life for her, be her mother, or whatever else it is she doesn’t want to do.
My other sane sister and I are going over to her apartment tonight to drop off Narcotics Anonymous material and tell her the same thing my brother and wife told her, “We love you, but you have to quit doing this. We can’t be your Saviour, you have to clean up and care about your life.”
Besides dropping off the NA material (which is wonderful), what can my sister and I say to her that could possibly get her out of her SELF, SELF, SELF, SELF, SELF, SELF ????
I’m just sick of this, but can’t quit if little sister is going to hang suicide over our heads again. Thank you for any replies.

Answer by faith..hope..charity.. Jesus can and Will take away her drug addiction. She has to believe in Him first…and trust in Him that He will. He did it for me. Maybe tell her this. Pray with her…Help her find a nice non denominational church she can worship in.
Question by Jade Orchid: Is someone that gets drunk every night before going to bed, “to help him sleep”, an alcoholic?
After work this person comes home and drinks till he reaches an intoxicated state every night he works…Is this alcoholism? How do I talk to him about it? The person isn’t mean or anything while drunk but I’m worried about his long term health… Thanks

Answer by Annabelle Wouldn’t you want full support of experienced staff to help you each step of the way?
Here: bit.ly 1. Visit my Blog 2. Fill a Free Survey 3. See the Lincay Lohan Drug Test Article Lindsay Lohan admits her sobriety has suffered a major blow – but she’s trying to get back on track. In a series of Twitter messages, the 24-year-old substance-abusing starlet said she failed a court-ordered drug test – reportedly for cocaine – less than a month after her release from rehab. “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if i am asked, I am prepared to appear before Judge (Elden) next week as a result,” Lohan wrote to her 1.1 million followers. The hard-partying “Machete” actress made an immediate effort to get straight – attending an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting Friday night, with plans for another on Saturday, according to Tmz.com. Fox could return Lohan to jail based on the failed test. LiLo did 14 days for probation violations before her Aug. 2 release, followed by 23 days in the rehab. Video Rating: 1 / 5
Okay, first I have a question that needs answered. If my friend were to unsuccesfuly try to commit suicide under the influence of drugs, would they know? And would they send him to rehab or would that be his choice? Also, what are some other choices besides rehabilitation centers to help get over a drug addiction? If you have any additional information, it would be very much appreciated. Thankyou
