Drug Rehabilitation that works

A late-maturing alcoholic young man describes his progression in his late teens from too much beer to hard liquor and how he is now, in his early 20′s, and following rehabilitation care at Brighton Hospital (Michigan) and ongoing 12 step work, finally coming to grips with who he is, what his recovery means to him, and what he needs to do in terms of daily 12 step work to sustain his growth in sobriety.

Physical/Psychological/None at all?

I was just laid off from a car dealership last week. I worked there for 10 months. Before I was laid off they told they would honor my unemployment benefits. So I filed last week and now the state of MN is looking at a job that i quit back in Oct of 2007. I had to answer a bunch of questions online about it and they contacted the employer. To make a long story short, I quit this job, or was fired….either or because of alcoholism. I have been sober 14 months now, but I wasn’t a very healthy person back then. In fact i ended up in the hospital back in oct of 2007. When i got out I sent this employer a letter letting her know i was sorry and what had happened. She sent me my last 2 checks and that was it. Can the state of MN deny me unemployment for a job that I quit 17 months ago??? Why do they even care about this job….its not like this employer is going to be paying my unemployment benefits????? My most current employer will be and they’re fine with it. I am worried sick over this whole thing because its pending right now and i need the unemployment until I find something else. Any knowledgeable advice is appreciated!!!!!
