How can you find out how much alcohol (the proof) is in an alcoholic beverage?
Obviously it’s printed on the bottle. But how do the people that put it on the bottle find it out?

I know you are going to taste a little bit of alcohol in everything, but is there an alcoholic beverage that doesn’t taste too strongly of alcohol, because I really can’t stand the taste. I know that’s weird, but that’s just the way I am.

I’m having a Christmas gathering at my house with some friends. I’m planning to serve wine and one mixed drink (like a mimosa or cosmo), but two of my friends are pregnant, so I was hoping to find a non-alcoholic version of the alcoholic mixed drink. Does anyone have any recipes?

I’d like to know what non-alcoholic beverage choices I have if I don’t drink wine..

I think most would order mineral water or sparkling water. Coke is probably not a popular choice being in France, plus it’s not a healthy choice. Is iced tea commonly available?

My first guess would be malta, but apparently that is non-alcoholic.

Also what alcoholic beverage or liquor gets your blood alcohol level up the fastest?

I normally like dark beers and whiskey during the winter, but I’m preferring to want something more light and slightly fruity during summer. I would have really liked to try Zima or maybe an alcoholic Sprite. I might try some New Zealand white wines but I’d rather stay away from the high alcoholic stuff…
