Drug Rehabilitation that works

I am a little concerned, one of my close friends and colleagues is on a dietar/weight loss meds that is called Phentermine or branded Duramin. As it sounded a bit like Meth, the dangerous party drug I am concerned if my friend is moving herself onto a dangerous road.

1. Is Phentermine the same as Methamphetamine or Amphetamine?

2. Is it an addictive, hallucigenic drug?

Any added info would be MUCH appreciated.

they are both different forms of speed.

why what is the difference in the effects it gives you that is so different from amphetamines?

there has to be a reason as to why meth is such an epidemic and regular speed isnt

I need to pass a ten panel drug test in order to get into a sober living home. I am taking vyvanse for ADHD so I was wondering if a drug test can tell the difference between speed and other amphetamines??
