Part 7. As the happy bride and “happy” groom prepare to receive guests, the groom wants to talk to Lucy about Scott. Lucy manages to flit from one thing to another much to Alan’s annoyance. (The little groom on the cake is reflective of Alan’s predicament.) The denizens of Port Chalres arrive for the reception…or rather, the important people that Lucy invited show up. In case anybody is wondering, there’s a lot of stuff going on behind the reception involving Sean, Robert, Desiree and Jacques. This is the alien Casey storyline (also involving Anna, Faison and Frisco). I won’t be posting that since somebody has and is already posting it in its entirety. The You Dropped the Ball Campaign The people in charge of ABC’s General Hospital have mishandled or rather not handled Monica’s alcoholism storyline. Let’s show them how displeased we are by sending them balls. For more information on the campaign and how you can participate, please go to: pxlbarrel.googlepages.com

Directed by John Erman. With Bette Midler, John Goodman , Trini Alvarado , Stephen Collins , Marsha Mason , Ben Stiller and others … Divine Ms. M – she’s got guts . The role is tailor-made for her and she does a fine job, despite what the majority of critics say. She just doesn’t somehow make us care about Stella, the way Stanwyck did. The plot : mother love and sacrifice for daughter’s future. Fun to see comic Ben Stiller here as a very young heavy.
Part 3. Monica tells the Quartermaines that they can all stay in the mansion. She’s moving out. Dawn decides to leave with her. Alan doesn’t understand and wants to know what she’s up to. Meanwhile, Lucy, who knows that she’s moving into the mansion and knows she’ll be marrying Alan that afternoon, arranges for a wedding reception at the Port Charles Hotel. Lucy sees the mysterious Desiree, who is living on Wyndamere (with Faison…aka famous writer PK Sinclair) and tries to hobnob with her. Dawn and Decker talk about Ned’s two sides – the soft side and the Quartermaine side. Tracy plots against Lucy.
