it depends on how long your doing it for, If you smoke weed everyday and then stop you tend to be extremely stressed out and edgey all the time since you would be used to smoking it and feeling relaxed. Other than that weed doesnt leave any permanent illnesses
meth however can give you sleeping problems, give you brain damage, increase your anxiety, and can cause you to have muscle spasms
