What is dextroamphetamine and is it safe? Sounds like the evil methamphetamine but my doc wants me to take it!?

hmm. It sounds like something my roommate took when a shady doc proscribed it for the flu, but I might not know what the hell i’m talking about. She just got super loopy when she took too much, a light high.

it’s usually prescribed for ADHD and narcolepsy…i don’t know, i’m really kind of against stimulants because they have a lot of bad side effects [well at least for me, because i'm pretty sensitive] and they aren’t really natural to the body. but if you need to take amphetamines, then take a low dose, okay? don’t go higher than you need to. maybe try adderall. it is an appetite supressant, though, so be careful, and make sure you eat normal meals.
