Is it true that crystal meth has the effect to give you scabs on the back of your neck?

I also heard that then people smoke these scabs and get high again. Is this true?

yes it is true abut scabs but come onthat is nasty
Ok first off, the whole picking scabs and smoking/snorting/shooting puss to get high is an absolute lie/myth. As for the whole meth giving you sores is kind of hit or miss, there are tons and tons of beautiful people that do meth that you would never guess it, but there are also the people on the “faces of meth” propaganda I think your referring to. Mostly what the scabs come from is incredibly tweaked out people that go to pop a pimple, get all concentrated on it, spend 2 hours in front of the mirror, and repeat this every few days…its not from the whole “bugs on your skin” thing.
