I do know someone, and I think it depends on the level of addiction they had to whether or not it effected their personality. I actually had more than 1 friend get addicted to that stuff, and although they did it for the same amount of time, one of them did it heavier, and more frequently. To this day the one that did it heavier isn’t right, her mind is gone and I don’t think she’ll ever be the same person again. the other one is fine, and he is himself all the time, smartass and all. The damage that crystal meth does is horrendous. And now it’s candy flavored!
Yes, I know several and there degrees of recovery are different.
It all depends on the amount of use and how they took care of themselves during their use. The effects of crystal meth are devastating alot of them are long term or permanent. I can tell you that I have seen some people (very few) “bounce” back and be able to get their lives on track, but in most cases their is still such a sense of deep hopelessness that things are never quite right. I would need more detail about your situation to help you any more than this.
I will say though, if you are dealing with a recovering addict, I hope it is going well for them and wish them all of the best. Recovery is such a blessing and can give them so much back if they work for it.
none that im aware of…2 1\2 years clean?….

No, but check your house when they leave to make sure nothing is missing.
