Gordon Auchinachie aka “Gordo” or “Gondo Man” was a well known Australian skateboarder of the 1990′s. “The Skateboard King” was a nickname coined by the Channel 10 Level 23 show circa ’93. It annoyed Gordo at the time, but in retrospect he finds it cool. “When the show came out I was bummed and copped a bit of flak about it, but when I look back at it now it’s classic”- Gordo. Gordo rose to fame in the Australian skateboarding world, accumulating a slew of sponsors, appearing in tv commercials, a TV interview, on many Australian skateboarding videos. Interviews have appeared in newspapers and magazines, he’s produced a video clip, a famous Australian skateboarding video called “Plebs” and rose to the title as editor of Australian Skateboarding Magazine at the age of 23. He even had his own segment on Foxtel’s V TV show. In 1999 his life went pear shaped in a violent moment of passion fueled insanity. Things went downhill from there and left him in a state of depression for nearly a decade. Then one night about 3:00am in the morning early in 2007, on a random street corner in Bondi, and while drunk, he was led in a life changing prayer with Legend Skateboarders Christian Hosoi and Sid Tapia and took Jesus as his lord and saviour. Since that night his life has turned around. By the grace of God, his faith in Christ has freed him from a 22 year alcohol addiction, drug addiction, and a cycle of violence to name a few. “All I did was listen to those guys and all they did was …
Part 7. As the happy bride and “happy” groom prepare to receive guests, the groom wants to talk to Lucy about Scott. Lucy manages to flit from one thing to another much to Alan’s annoyance. (The little groom on the cake is reflective of Alan’s predicament.) The denizens of Port Chalres arrive for the reception…or rather, the important people that Lucy invited show up. In case anybody is wondering, there’s a lot of stuff going on behind the reception involving Sean, Robert, Desiree and Jacques. This is the alien Casey storyline (also involving Anna, Faison and Frisco). I won’t be posting that since somebody has and is already posting it in its entirety. The You Dropped the Ball Campaign The people in charge of ABC’s General Hospital have mishandled or rather not handled Monica’s alcoholism storyline. Let’s show them how displeased we are by sending them balls. For more information on the campaign and how you can participate, please go to: pxlbarrel.googlepages.com

I am going to be a freshman in college this fall. I want to help people with addiction in rehab but I’m not sure how I would go about getting into that profession. I want to be able to prescribe the drugs that help people detox as well as help through counseling. I would like to at least get my bachelors in psychology and double major if possible. Any help would be great!

I am planning on continuing school after my bachelors, I just don’t know what path I need to be on. I really admire Dr. Drew (Celebrity Rehab, etc.) and would absolutely love to have his job or one similar (without being on TV) Any help would be great!

I was convicted of DUI and the probation officer interviewed me and determined I was an alcoholic. She said I was lying about my drinking habits and “in denial”
Can I get a lawyer to get me a second opinion with an actual doctor or psychologist?
What kind of lawyer do I get? Where do I start?
Are there lawyers that specialize in this?
