I am 5′ 2″ and 210 pounds, and I am a teenager……I need help or else I am going to die. I am always hungry, ALWAYS. If someone offers me food, or if it is around me I just can not say no. It just tastes so good. Please Help me get over this. Please.

I snorted it. Its my second time taking it. Not going to do it anymore. I took it at 5:30 PM and its 4:00 AM Right now, and im still energetic. I wanna go to sleep…when will I be able to sleep?? When will this wear off? (dont say “dont do drugs” or anything, it wont help.) I dont mind not sleepin im just bored!

I work in the Substance Abuse field and see both problem drinkers (meeting DSM IV criteria for “Abuse”) and addicted individuals (meeting at least 3 of 7 criteria for Dependency). How can I explain types of alcoholism (not problem drinking, i.e. abuse) and the Types to a class to help them better understand themselves?
