my family suspects that a family member has been using meth. what are some SURE signs of meth use?

i suspect my son be using it and i want to know how long meth stays in the body

my dad has liver cirrhosis due to alcohol intake. the doctor has said that a small part of the liver is damaged. i want to know if cirrhosis of liver is completely curable? i have found a lot of sites that say that cirrhosis is not curable but preventable from worsening. if my dad completely stops alcohol intake then is he free from any danger. is it possible that the cirrhosis stops from spreading further? also is it possible that by partial hepatectomy of the diseased part and then subsequent natural regeneration of that part, the cirrhosis is curable?

Okay, first I have a question that needs answered. If my friend were to unsuccesfuly try to commit suicide under the influence of drugs, would they know? And would they send him to rehab or would that be his choice? Also, what are some other choices besides rehabilitation centers to help get over a drug addiction? This is gonna be really hard… but today I nearly attacked one of my friends I was so on edge. I hate what I’m becoming.

so i’m starting to drink on a regular basis. nothing excesive at this point. anyway, my dad was a bit of an alcholic and one of my close friends is constantly warning me that i have a hire risk of becoming one myself if i start/keep drinking. is he right?
