no matter how much you work out, or however much you eat healthy, tar still builds up in your lungs. Not to mention that cigarette smoke contains a ton of harmful chemicals, and even radioactivity. All it takes is one mutated cell, and you get cancer. You don’t even need a heart attack. You’ll get sick, and unhealthy, and wish you never smoked in your life. So, just quit.
