You don’t have FAS because of your adoptive parents, you should feel lucky that anyone gave you a chance, because of their sacrifice you have had a better life that you would have otherwise been able to have.
i have FAS and other disorders because of my adopted mom because of her my twin brother has autism our lives are changed forever because she smoked drinked and used cocaine. how dare she endanger my brothers or mines life and she put us up for adoption. because of what she did, i feel like nobody likes me because my biological parents mustve hated me considering wat they did to me and my brother i hate them they probably had another child and left me and my brother behind.

Well, Tylenol and Advil can kill too but I don’t see anyone blaming the gov and corporation for letting us have those.
When you’re an adult, you should be smart enough to discern what’s good and bad for your health and the health of your children. If you choose to disregard that knowledge and drink while pregnant, the consequences are your fault, not the government, and not the corporation. We’re free to make our own choices, don’t blame the “higher ups” for your own stupidity.

I have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.I am adopted. And my parents don’t know what level I am at. And my birth mom doesn’t even know how much alcohol she drank and she also smoked serveral cigarets a day when I was in her tummy. Mothers should stop drinking alcohol and smoking when they are preganant. We all want these children to have a good life.
