What would you do if you did crystal meth?

I have a big problem. A while back a week after my 20th birthday I did crystal methwith some friends and now iam having these thoughts of wanting to hurt my boyfriend. I got help for it I just need some advice. So can you please please help me before I loose my boyfriend?

    I did it for my first time last weekend. After I came down I got extremely pissed at every little thing and it is still going on…Start looking at what is going on and try not to get mad. Try to talk it out thats what ive done so far and it has helped
