dude i mean yeah if you get up to 100 to 200 mg yeah your withdrawl is going to suck … but i mean who the fuck needs that much ? NOBODY people who wanna get fucked up thats who …. i came off 65 mg in 2 weeks …. and i was fine ..

What a fucking Liar you are, Methadone W/D is far longer and far worse than Heroin or Oxy W/D, and it lasting longer in your system would not make it easier to come off, anything that has a longer half life would be harder to come off, Heroin W/D are a piece of piss compared to methadone W/D, now obviously if u taper urself down to like 1mg meth b4 you go cold turkey thats not gonna be bad, but just stopping from a high dose, the W/D’s from meth would be far worse thank heroin W/D’s.
Now I’m at 0mgs and I’ve been on 0mgs for only 3 days… It’s tough, I’m not going to lie.
I’ve never been able to stay clean w/o methadone and while on a regulated therapeutic dose of methadone I was able to maintain employment at a great job in marketing, I made the deans list at my college for the past 2 years in a row, and now I have to all the sudden up and quit in 50days. My life is turned upside down. The w/d’s suck… wish me luck! Going to NA for the first time, I think it might help.
Mr. Big-Shot Probation Officer decided he was going to play doctor and give me a 50 day accelerated detox from 100mgs to 0mgs or else I was going to be revoked from probation and put in jail. Well needless to say I was pretty upset that a simple probation officer was going to override my doctor (at the methadone clinic, but still…). So I did a 50 day detox going down 2 mgs per day.
The withdrawal didn’t really get noticibly bad until I got down past 15 mgs…
I got on methadone when I was 18 yrs old straight out of highschool. Here methadone is frowned upon so much, that I felt like a freak even telling some of my friends that I decided to get on methadone. I was IV’ing 160mg shots of Oxy every 12 hours or less… Well I’m 24 now and I have been on methadone ever since. I finally got caught up in legal trouble for the first time, and my probation officer made me quit… LITERALLY he said enough is enough.
And i wonder if this girl wants to fuck Lol … call me !!!!!!!! haha we can do dones and fuck all day baby
dude ive done methadone in the past and have came off it before i even got on at the clinic … god im so damn sick of people saying how bad the withdrawal is … nothing compares to oxy and heroin withdrawal … idc what people have in the head but withdrawal is withdrawal …the only thing about methadone is the withdrawal last maybe a week longer its easier to come off of cuz it last longer in your system …
You’re only on a low dose and have only been on Methadone for 6 months. Methadone withdrawal is far worse than Heroin withdrawal. Im 12 weeks clean of Methadone and still feel like crap. The longer you stay on it, then the more it will drag you down and the tougher it will be to come off. I do wish you all the best though mate.
but i did fuck up. large. its my dad basically. its not that the drug itself is sinister, but the lifestyle he finds, will prevent me from fulfilling my life, sayin things like u cant even leave the province cuz ur chained to the pharm. he convinced my mom and woman that id become a bum and be like the junkies lined up at the clinic standing 50 years old tall, and still dosing like theres no tomorrow. but frankly, i do want this for myself. its just real fuckin hard.
one could suggest, dude ur a commercial aircraft tech. why dont u fuckin move out to ur own place and do what u feel is right and good..but i graduated a little while ago, got my apprenticeship, and worked my ass off fixing turbine aircraft, the thing is, i broke from payin college,books,methadone,car,insurance, livin at home is a privelege, im not self sufficient nuf to swim out there on my own just yet. im only 22thats pretty normal now adays to still be at home as long as ur not a fuck up…
Methadone seems like it’s working well for you. Some people need methadone for life but most don’t. the web site NAMA advocates methadone for life for anyone who wants it and they banned me for encouraging people who wanted to get off to do so. I only want people to get off that are ready and really want to. How are you doing now?

dont u feel better on the done? like to function,go tyo work and do your day to day shit. im not pro methadone all the way. i want off it,but the going back to the way i was was far far worse.

I really hate when people bash methadone and say withdrawal is sooo much worse … dude withdrawal is fucking withdrawal it might be another week of withdrawal but its not as intense as oxy or heroin …. i mean someone said that it lasted 8 months ? come fucking on man ….but yeah methadone is a very good choice to get out of the hole its cheap and will make your life functionable …its helped me alot im on 40 mg and have been on that for 6 months …
you need to be hard on yourself and have no financial stress….

they call it crime prevention… i can shoot up a point then go to 10mg of done after 12hrs then 5mgs per day but cant quit the 5mgs…. afraid of heart attack or suffocation….
i have struggled with herion for 10 years now,nd am on 50mil a day of it,its 10 times worse to get off than the gear itself,i used to use my meth and mainline aswell! silly i no,but if u start it will take 10 years to sort out fully,but ur right its over used by docotrs,i love ur honesty,so thankyou,i no m not alone!
that is really true ,when i first went to a clinic the people told me the same thing when i was taken 20 mg of oxycotin ,good luck babe ,you can do it your smart and beautiful ,ive heard 5 mg a week is good but if your not sure than go with 5 mg every 2 weeks,good luck
