smoking canabis with methadone really helps the pain. this way you only have to use less addictive narcotic,versus, no canabis and more and more methadone until your up to 70mg. a day and it’s no longer helping like it once did. I even found this info in an older pdr,that canabis intensifies the pain killing of the methadone.And from personal experiance (aledgedly).

all this guy is trying to say(IMO) that methadone blocks the euphoria therefor a person not educated in this world mite do a way bigger hit er however they injest it and well u no how that could end ,,,,,atLeast thats wut i took from it ,,,, i been on methadone the last 1.5 years 2nd trip …wayyy ready to get off it ,, its a life saver when used correctly and managed correctly but the side effects can get 2 a guy/girl/alien/or even donkeys

Methadone is not a blocker, AGAIN. IN a opiate tolerant person these two are used together in conjunction. Methadone a diluadid is actually a good combo for pain because the two drugs compete for the same receptor site enhancing the pain relieve of both drugs.Both as slowly actind and the D faster than the MTD is a good pain managment combo!
The effect of the drug is NOT to block the opioid receptors. It is TO STIMULATE THEM, mr. narrator. Methadone does not block the opioid receptor sites from other opioids being able to affect them in the way that nalaxone, etc. does. In higher doses, methadone works in such a way that it has such a strong affinity to the opiod receptors that dilaudid, or other opiates that do have a fast onset and “feel good” are not able to take effect cuz they ‘done is already occupying the sites.

Dilaudid must be taken interveniously otherwise it is wasted and swim takes dilaudid on methadone all the time but the done is in pill form don’t know if that makes a difference though.
im no doctor but once i took 6, 8 mg dilaudud pills and had barely any effect. turns out most people who take dilaudid recreationaly and orally are always disappointed cause so much of the drug is eliminated by the liver. i think dilaudid is for IV drug users.
thats weird because…uhm…doesnt the narcotic blocking effect prevent one drug from working…i myself have taken dilaudid (about 5 4mg pills as i recall) just to test the efectiveness of methadone’s blocking effect and i felt absolutely nothing. perhaps it would be more accurate to say one should not mix MASSIVE doses of dilaudid when being treated with another opioid/opiate.

yeah my friend just died in missoula montana from combining such a large shot of dilaudid & methadone he just stopped breathing,…didnt know u could shoot up methadone but junkies always find a way, right?
