Serenity River was a non-profit drug & alcohol recovery home located in Athens GA USA housing 20 plus men working THE 12 Step program. Men in the program have a common goal; to rebuild their lives and re-enter society as productive members clean & sober. The house where all this took place was in fact at one time a full-blown crack house. As a servant/leader of the ministry supporting SRRC from the rip, I urge everyone to keep the program and its members in your prayers as we scramble to find shelter and other basic needs for those remaining in the program . I also encourage you to give from your heart to render assistance to this ministry, so we can continue to ‘carry this message to the alcoholic who still suffers’ and continue aiding those who desire to stop drinking and using.
