U are right. I agree 100%. I’ve been on many years now and at $9/day its a bargain. I just can’t deal with cravings and all that. Methadone stopped my physical problems and allows me to live normally.I’m glad it works for you as well.

In the past the doses were to small, but a dose can only be to high if a person is monged so u have to watche them for first 3 days and supervise them.
any opiate is the same as far as seriousness.
I worry about armageddon situations.

I removed makers comment by accident, sorry. I think some people are much better off on methadone than shooting dope or for people who have tried and failed multiple times to get off narcotics, I don’t like MMT for vicodin addicts or for people who haven’t tried to quit several times and failed. Then methadone is a viable option along as the dose doesn’t go sky high because in most cases, these mega doses cause people to be walking zombies.

Great Video. You gave some good info for someone who might be new or maybe uneducated to this type of addiction. Also, I completely agree with you on the strength of doses VS. how long you’ve been dosing.

Ive been battling heroin and oxycontin and any opiod addiction since 99. Ive been going to a CRC ran clinic in indiana for about a year and a half. im 24 years old and im on 130 mg. I tried going down 1mg every other day and i did great til i got to 111mg and i started feeling like shit. My anxiety shot through the roof and it got where i couldnt go to work.

i have so much on the line its hard for me to detox completely. If i had 2 months of no jobs or any responsibilities in life where i could lay on the couch that would be great. Everyones different amd the methadone maintenance program can work if you are serious about it. But you have younger ppl coming in there for there addiction of 5 lortab 10s a day . HAHA, Which is a joke. But the clinics are getting out of hand and the sky is the limit . i know ppl that is already over the 200mg mark.

The ppl that have successfully have gotten of the methadone and opiod completely without any kind of maintenance or help. Congrats to you . You have beat the odds.

i never said i wasnt still a hookt, im on methadone for pain too…i cant be trusted with oxycontin, i dont trust my self with oxy so the methadone is doing me great.
you dont know me so get off ya fukn high horse.
