How much does someone have to drink to be considered a chronic alcoholic?

I am looking for un-opinionated factual answers about the fetal effects from use of the drug? What if anything happens to development process in early pregnancy, late pregnancy, and throughout the childs life? All information and time given to this topic is appreciated!

I mean the same way you shoot up heroin. I’ve heard of booty bumping, snorting, smoking, and swallowing. I’m doing a presentation on crystal meth and I’m going to dress the part of an addict.
